LOBE POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS FOR SALE
The lobe positive displacement pumps exploit the volume variation obtained in a shaped chamber, where two rotors rotate on parallel axes to obtain suction on a fluid, from the suction port to the delivery port, creating a continuous flow.
The rotors can have 2 or 3 lobes and in their joint rotation they never come into contact.
The operation is dry, meaning without use of lubricants.
The absence of contact between the rotors and the technology without lubricants allows a very clean gas flow, avoiding the presence of residues from sliding and oil particles.

They have rotors built with a particular geometry, studied to enhance the positive aspects of the configuration and to cancel the negative ones, in particular the gas recirculation. Another noteworthy technical feature is the great seal on the shaft, ensured by a dynamic gasket that eliminates any possibility of leakage.

Volumetric lobe pumps must be used in combination with a primary pump, usually with a lower flow rate. The group of two pumps can thus reach very low values of absolute final pressure (normally 10 times lower than that obtainable from the primary pump alone) and can drastically reduce the emptying time of a closed volume.
